At BrandStand, what we create is custom-made logo merchandise produced specifically for you. Our retail shop also features small-batch logo items that rotate frequently.

Because of this, all purchases are final sale.

Order Issues

If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of pickup or delivery so we can make it right.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Incorrect sizes ordered

  • Approved artwork errors

  • General wear and tear

  • Ordering mistakes (for example, ordering adult instead of youth)

Sizing Help (please read this part 😉)

Size charts are provided for every item in our online stores—use them.
If you’re unsure, call us. We know our garments and how they fit.
You’re also welcome to visit the store and try items on before purchasing.

Getting sizing right upfront helps avoid issues later.
