    If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll absolutely make it right—just contact us within 7 days of pickup or delivery.

  • Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or canceled. Double-check spellings, sizes, and quantities before approving artwork.

  • Turnaround times vary depending on the project. Each online store will have an estimated timeline at ordering to set proper expectations.

  • Both! Pickup is available at our Taylor storefront, and shipping options are available at checkout.

  • You’ll hear from us—promise.

    • In-store pickup orders: You’ll receive a text or email when your order is ready for pickup at our Taylor location.

    • Organization or group deliveries: We notify the group organizer when orders are complete and ready for distribution.

  • Sometimes—when the stars align.

    If we already have:

    • ✔️ The garment in stock

    Then yes—we may be able to produce a single shirt.
