By placing an order with BrandStand, you agree to the following:

Orders & Production

  • All custom orders are final sale once approved. Production begins immediately upon order approval and the ordering of materials.

  • Payment is required before production begins.

  • Minimum order quantities may apply. BrandStand reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that do not meet production minimums.

Artwork & Approvals

  • Artwork approvals are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Artwork services are provided at no charge as part of doing business with BrandStand.

  • All artwork, concepts, and design files remain the property of BrandStand and may not be reused, reproduced, or shared without written consent.

  • Project ideation, artwork, and pricing quotes are confidential and not to be shared or distributed.

Turnaround & Delays

  • Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees.

  • BrandStand is not responsible for delays caused by vendors, shipping carriers, supply issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Pricing & Service Changes

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • BrandStand reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue products or services at any time.

  • BrandStand is not liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

Right to Refuse Service

  • BrandStand reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
