By placing an order with BrandStand, you agree to the following:
Orders & Production
All custom orders are final sale once approved. Production begins immediately upon order approval and the ordering of materials.
Payment is required before production begins.
Minimum order quantities may apply. BrandStand reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that do not meet production minimums.
Artwork & Approvals
Artwork approvals are the customer’s responsibility.
Artwork services are provided at no charge as part of doing business with BrandStand.
All artwork, concepts, and design files remain the property of BrandStand and may not be reused, reproduced, or shared without written consent.
Project ideation, artwork, and pricing quotes are confidential and not to be shared or distributed.
Turnaround & Delays
Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees.
BrandStand is not responsible for delays caused by vendors, shipping carriers, supply issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Pricing & Service Changes
Prices are subject to change without notice.
BrandStand reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue products or services at any time.
BrandStand is not liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
Right to Refuse Service
BrandStand reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
